We’ve updated our Privacy Notices to help you understand Uber’s data practices.

This includes:

• Launching separate notices for riders/order recipients, and for drivers/and delivery people
• Providing more and easier-to-understand information on how we collect and use data.
• Detailed descriptions regarding core automated processes, including matching users requesting and providing services, calculating prices and fares, and those relating to safety and/or fraud.
